Single Sheds -
"ACCREDITED GARAGES & SHEDS - C Section"
If you are looking for a strong, bolted and quality building,
then you have found it. Accredited Garages are constructed
using a fully galvanised
c-purlin garage frame, which is bolted together with 16mm and
12mm high tensile bolts. The purlins are pre-punched, which
makes the assembly of the frame quick and easy, and the 10mm thick
foot
and truss brackets ensure a solid fixing to the slab and maximum
rigidity of the frame. Tek screws are used to secure the wall
and roof sheeting only.
The c-purlin both hides and encloses the sharp ends of the tek
screws inside the garage and ensures no one injures themselves,
unlike the top hat which leaves all tek screws exposed to the
inside of each wall and roof girt. We use 0.47 high tensile sheeting
and roll top ridging is standard in the roofing. We supply external
corner flashings, drip trays and roller door flashings to ensure
that the quality of our building is never compromised.
The garages are available in a variety of sizes:

SPAN (width):

The length of the garage is determined by the number of bays,
and we have two bay sizes available, being 3m and 3.5m. Thus a
garage can be 6m, 9m, 12m, 15m etc, or 7m, 10.5m, 14m, 17.5m etc.
The versatility of the sizes ensures that we can design a garage
to your requirements.
Accessories For Accredited Garages:
Garaports:
Garaports are available for all of our garages, and attached
to front or back of the building. These make excellent carports
on the front of garage, or a sheltered place to work out of
the sun.
Awnings:
Awnings are also available for all of our garages, up to
3m wide. These are attached to the side of the building, and
maintain the stylish look of the building. These make ideal
entertainment areas or carports.
Roller Doors:
Roller doors come standard with Accredited Garages, one roller
door in the single models, two in the double models and three
in the triple models. These roller doors can be situated in
the front, back or sides of the garage.
Remote Controls for Roller Doors:
A great way to enhance your lifestyle and save the hassle
of getting out of your car to open the garage door when you
get home. Remote controls can be fitted at the time of your
garage installation, or at a later date if you so desire.
Personal Access Doors:
An easier way to enter your garage when you don’t want
to lift up a roller door as a personal access door is the size
of a normal house door.
Windows:
Windows allow light and air into your garage and can be fitted
in the gable or side walls.
Skylights:
Skylights are an easy way to light up your garage without
using any electricity during the day. Skylights cover from
the middle of the roof, down to one side and are the width
of one sheet of tin (approximately 800mm).
Whirly Birds:
Whirly birds provide ventilation to your garage, which may
be important if you are keeping heat sensitive items in your
garage, or you may wish to have great airflow all year round.
Glass Sliding Doors:
Make a great alternative to roller doors when you are using
your garage as a sewing/hobby room, workshop or studio. The
glass sliding doors allows in plenty of natural light, and
look attractive from the outside of your garage.
