	Townhouse The latest addition to our range, the Townhouse offers the same floor plan as the 'Banksia' but with extra height. This allows for even mum & dad to comfortably play inside. DIMENSIONS: 1750mm (width) 2670mm (length) 2100mm (height).
	Monster Fort The open design of the Monster fort is great for kid's parties or big active families. Accessories can be added to further enhance its appeal. If you have plenty of space add a Mansion fort for a 10m x 10m extravaganza. DIMENSIONS: 2300mm (width) 2480mm (length) 2220mm (height).
	Homestead This classically styled cubby has a tiered roof covering it's generous 2.4m wide verandah, providing plenty of room for bikes and furniture. Inside, there is ample space to move the beds in and have a slumber party. DIMENSIONS: 2450mm (width) 2580mm (length) 2100mm (height).
	Mansion The Mansion is the largest cubby in our range. Once the kids have grown up, the Mansion makes for a very practical future storage room. Popular with Kindergartens & Child Care Centres. DIMENSIONS: 2350mm (width) 3280mm (length) 2200mm (height).
	Roof Fort Sheltered from the elements yet still unobstructive in design, the 'Roof Fort' is ideal for exposed settings. It will get your kids away from the TV, and outside doing something healthy and active. The Roof Fort can be elevated to either 1200mm or to 1500mm. DIMENSIONS: 1700mm (width) 1880mm (length) 2100mm (height).

Standard Features

Roof Timber roof trims provide a safe and neat finish and the solid construction of our roof ensures your cubby is watertight.	Floor Solid kiln dried joists support yellow tongue structural flooring on our cubbies and treated piine decking on our forts.	Windows Made from hardwood jarrah & laser-cut sliding perspex, our windows are the biggest on the market and safe for little fingers.


Cladding Our cubbies use arsenic-free kid safe treated pine. Locally produced, our cladding has outstanding weather durability that is both moisture and termite resistant.	Verandah Our signature verandahs feature an overhanging roof, kiln dried treated pine posts and pickets, jarrah hand rails and a generous deck.	Door Generous in size that even an adult can enter easily, our doors are a combination of waterproof plywood and jarrah trimming for strength and extra style.

Staining
	Even though our cubbies and forts are extremely durable in their natural form, timber exposed to the weather will eventually turn grey over time. With this in mind we provide a quality staining service. This involves spraying two coats of the best available stain on the market which enriches the colour and seals it from the harsh Australian climate.
